Back in the saddle again.

We have had the last two weeks off to enjoy our new baby girl. However, those weeks have blown by, and we are back at it. Well, Allison wil obviously be spending the bulk of her time with Mikéla at home right now. Soon, she will be taking on a little more. I (Joe) am back on campus and working with staff and students pretty much full time. Fortunately, our staff and students have been gracious and understanding as I yawn through some of our meetings. No offense to them. Starbucks is becoming a closer and closer friend during these days. It is fun to return to a little bit of normalcy, although having this little girl along with us is priceless. It is good to be with the students again. They are enthusiastic to begin ministry again. We are in the midst of leadership transitions. We are in the process of selecting an additional 60-70 leaders to help us lead Freshman Bible Studies next year. Please pray for us as we seek the Lord for wisdom and guidance as we pursue to seek out and train new leaders to not only lead while in school, but prepare them to lead in the world.
