Yo, check me out baby!

SHE IS HERE!!! On Monday morning, March 13th at 12:15am, Allison and I rushed off to the hospital knowing that this was it. Upon initial check up by the nurses, they realized that in the last two days or so, Mikela had moved and was no longer head down. Within an hour, they were tossing me scrubs and carting Allison off to surgery for C Section. It was all a blur, but by 3am we were holding a beautiful 7lb. 3oz. Mikela Jean Priola in our arms! It was incredible. I, of course, have video and will put that up if Allison lets me. That was a trip. We also have hundreds of photos which we will have to sort through and share with you too!

Mikela has beautiful skin, darker hair like her Daddy, and is just a jewel. She is still working out the kinks on the sleeping cycles, but hey, nobody's perfect. So far, she has been able to meet most of the family too.

We want to thank you all for your love and prayers. We are so blessed by such tremendous family and friends to support us. Mikela is excited to meet you all! Please continue to pray for us all, as we figure out the whole sleep (or lack of) thing, as well as bond as a family.
